People & Leadership Skills – Do you know how to lead and motivate people? This one skill set is what separates good managers from poor managers and will be the key attribute we will focus on in our interview process.
Energy & Stamina - it's a team-based work environment and crew energy is important.
Ability To Work at A Fast Pace – Our kitchens are open and busy with lots of on-the-line communication and job rotation. It's not for everybody. All hands-on deck and multi-Tasking skills are a must!
Good Communication – Our crew is vocal and supports and works with each other on what's happening real-time during each shift.
Love for Great Food and Shack Class Service – We make some of the best Pizza and Pastas and thrive to treat our guests as if they were guests in our own homes.
Caring About Your Teammates – Always working for the success of your team.

Minimum age: 21 years old
High school diploma, some post high school education a plus.
At least one year previous leadership experience in some capacity.
At least one years experience in the food service business managing a staff of at least 30 employees.
Serve Safe Certification a plus.
Excellent customer service skills.
Passion, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

Financial and inventory management
Ensures compliance with government regulations, policies, procedures including OSHA, Dept of Heath, Fire Department, etc.
Crew assignment, training, development, scheduling, and motivation of the team during
Customer relationship management
Full accountability for the restaurant.
