We are currently recruiting for a Caregiver/Assistant for our female client who is a working artist.

Our ideal candidate would be open minded, patient and adaptable.

No experience is necessary for the position as on the job training is provided.

Location:
-Vancouver (Near Trout Lake)

Shifts & Hours of Work:
- Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:15 AM to 5 PM
- Thursday & Friday: 9:15 AM to 6:30 PM
- Casual backup shifts when needed
- Looking for one person to cover all shifts

Compensation:
- $19 per hour
- Extended benefits after probation period

Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):
- All aspects of personal care: bathing/showering, washroom care
- Meal preparation (celiac diet)
- Light house keeping
- Comfortable driving client to places when needed
- All activities of daily living: watering plants, collecting mail, gardening
- Grocery shopping assistance

Required Qualifications:
- Class 5 Driver’s License is required
- Caregiving experience is preferred
- Comfortable working in an environment with cats
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Willingness to be trained
