Delivery Driver – Box Truck

Job Description:
We are seeking a sharp, energetic individual for fulltime position who has experience driving large box trucks or commercial vans. This person would pick up and deliver laundry to various hotels. Work schedule will be 3:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight, 40+ hours/week, days of the week to be discussed.


****Previous Experience Driving Large Box Truck is Mandatory****


Job Duties:
• Operating a truck over established route(s) to deliver/pick-up linen
• Logging pickups and deliveries into our point of sale system
• Loading, securing, and unloading carts with linen
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job efficiently, and safely
• Must have an understanding of basic truck maintenance & inspection
• Maintains truck log according to state and federal regulations

•Skills/Qualifications:
• Must have experience driving large box truck 16ft – 20ft or Large Delivery Vans
• Good customer service and interaction skills

Requirements:
• Must Have Valid California Driver License
• Must have clean DMV record (current DMV printout)
•.Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
• Must be available 7 days a week, flexible in hours, as hours may change due to business needs
• Ability to lift 50lbs and push carts full of laundry up to 400lbs
• Must be a Local resident
•.Must DEPENDABLE / RELIABLE and on TIME
• Must be able to start immediately
• Ability to read and follow delivery instructions
