• Ensure new and existing Channel Partners are sufficiently trained in sales, marketing, and installation of all Talius’ products to promote confidence and success
• Work closely with subject matter experts to develop training content and delivery
• Develop training programs and schedules including in-person training, how-to webinars, and videos (collaborate with Marketing to develop videos)
• Register and manage the registration process for trainees
• Set up (or source by vendor) a Channel Partner learning platform / system to track learning milestones, certifications integrated with the ‘partnerzone’, etc.
• Prepare trainee and promotional materials
• Organize on-site training including room set-up, ordering food / drink, clean-up, etc.
• Organize off-site training and other educational sessions (i.e. architect/specifier L&Ls).
• Have excellent understanding and knowledge of Talius products
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence as travel is expected

• Excellent instructional design and advanced facilitation skills
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be a direct, articulate, and thoughtful communicator
• Applied knowledge of learning and development practices
• Proven ability to lead effective learning & development efforts in an organization with a broad range of experience and skill levels, from recent graduates to experienced professionals
• Ability to understand, create, and implement processes
• Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills

• Up to $75,000 annually dependent on experience
• Plus commission per The Louis Program
