Assist sales and purchasing with:

Answer phone calls, transfer them to the appropriate department, provide customers with assistance regarding their orders and questions.
Update drivers’ routes on the appropriate programs (no experience needed, we will train you).
Prepare sales quotes
Assist Accounts Receivable with:
Collection from customers with past due accounts
Responding to customer requests for statements, invoices, and other information
Entering and posting customer payments accurately
Tracking and processing of customer credit application
Organize files
Qualification and Experience:

No experience is necessary, as we will train you for everything. But experience in customer service and accounting will be an asset.

You must be able/willing to:

Answer phone calls from customers and suppliers in a professional manner
Focus on details to ensure accuracy
Work independently and within a team environment
Effectively use Microsoft Word and Excel
Learn new Route and Accounting software programs.
Communicate effectively with various levels of employees and customers
Adapt quickly to workplace environment changes (delays, accelerated deadlines, unexpected events, redistribution of assignments and duties, and etc.)
Exercise judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action
Investigate and identify process improvements
