You must have a valid drivers licence for this job so you can drive our work vans.
We are a well established company that works exclusively on the West Side of Vancouver so you need to live in the Vancouver area for this job. We need a person to help us with pressure washing, gutter vacuuming and various other maintenance services. A person experienced with 32 foot ladders is ideal.
We work 4 ten hour days so that we have a 3 day weekend all the time. We don't work Monday's.
We buy lunch for our employees on Fridays, show up often to job sites with coffee and snacks and generally keep a healthy and positive work environment. If you are good with people, physically fit and responsible, this is a great job in a great environment with very little supervision once you are fully trained.
You MUST have a valid drivers licence for this job.
You must live in Vancouver for this job.
You must be in great physical condition for this job and have no issues with heights and going up on roofs.
There is a lot of communication with customers so you must be able to read, write and speak English very well.
All equipment and gear is provided as are company vehicles.

We start out people with some experience at $30.00 / hr.
