G&G Construction has been building in BC for almost 20 years.

Our company is growing and we are currently seeking a part-time Data Entry/Office Assistant to work remotely 8-12 hours a week.

Responsibilities include
- enter/verify credit card receipts into Quickbooks
- enter/verify day to day bank transactions
- enter invoices into Quickbooks ensuring accurate coding and job costing
- uploading invoices in Quickbooks
- entering weekly time sheets from foremen into Quickbooks
- other miscellaneous data entry items

Qualifications and Skills
- experience using Quickbooks
- experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
- high attention to detail
- ability to coordinate across departments to gather information and maintain accurate accounting
